Heinz immediately impressed us when he came to provide a quote. Some of our jobs were for the attic and out of the 5-6 contractors who came to give quotes for all our work, he was the only one who went into the attic (we didn’t even have a ladder so it was a big effort). He is also better priced than most competitors for most projects. His team is very skilled and did a great quality job on all projects. Some notable points: he restructured our kitchen island into a peninsula, though other contractors were reluctant to do so. In doing so, his team created a brand new cabinet door that matches perfectly. He navigated some tricky existing ducts to create an opening for a new walk-in master closet. He’s generally very respectful and good to work with. I would say the one room for improvement is communication— there were some misunderstandings that were mostly resolved but could have been avoided. Timeline was fairly extended (more than 2 months) but that was probably because I had the flexibility. All in all, I would go back to him for more work (and I’m already about to).
